公元2017年，赌坛风云突变，民不聊生。 赌坛泰斗纷纷退隐江湖。众人在赌神大赛中所赢得的财产均被国家冻结，全部50亿美金滚入“赌神资金”。唯有所有泰斗离世后，50亿基金方可启动并由赌神生子高兴支配。 此消息不胫而走。赌坛邪恶五人组决定铲除这些前辈，敛财之心倍起。此五人精通赌术又心狠手辣，略施手腕便将赌神等赌坛高手杀害并成功得到存有50亿资金的u盾，幸运的是赌神将保险密码交与高兴保管才未让邪恶五人组得逞。 高兴为人无拘无束，虽然身为赌神生子却未得赌神半点真传。丧父之后高兴决定在女友晴天的帮助下复仇。于是二人来到异能村找到具有透视神技却赌技极烂的怪人大桥寻求帮助。苦心人天不负，在高兴晴天的鬼马指导下大桥赌技突飞猛进，三人同邪恶五人组一同出现在了新一届赌神大赛的赛场上。 一边邪恶五人组各显神通强势杀入决赛一边大桥运用透视神技也轻松过关，倒是高兴误打误撞也闯入决赛。 这次大赛是邪恶五人组与各路高手的巅峰之战，也是赌神后人高兴的复仇之战，50亿巨额诱惑下会有人背叛高兴么？敌我差距悬殊高兴又能够摘得桂冠为父报仇么……
